‘Support W’lifting federation to hunt for more talents’
George Aluo, Chairman, Media Committee of Nigeria Weightlifting Federation (NWF), on Wednesday said it would need not less than N175 million to bankroll the upcoming African Youth Weightlifting Championships. The African Championships have been fixed to run from Sept. 9 to Sept. 16 in Abuja. Aluo said in Uyo on the sidelines of the ongoing National Youth Weightlifting Championships, which started on July 30, to end on Aug. 3 in Uyo.
