PDP Convention: Tukur, Party served ruling, to appeal Judgment
By Henry Umoru ABUJA- NATIONAL leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP will on Monday appeal the judgment of an Abuja High Court which on Thursday aborted the planned Special National Convention of the party for the purpose of electing its national officers. Vanguard gathered yesterday that the PDP National Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur and the party were yesterday served the papers of the Apo High Court judgement.
