The Nigerian President of Igbo extraction should no longer be a dream - Ndi-Igbo
New York - The Ndi-Igbo in the diaspora and its counterparts at home will gather in Dallas, Texas to discuss the feasibility of having a Nigerian President of Igbo ethnic extraction in 2015. The Chairman of World Igbo Congress (WIC), Mr Joe Eto, and the WIC Media Director, Dr. Acho Orabuchi, stated this in a statement in New York on Tuesday. According to the statement, the discussion would take place during the organisation’s 19th annual convention scheduled for between Aug. 29 and Sept. 2, 2013. The convention has the theme ``Njiko Na á»ganiru Ala Igbo’’.
